Christopher D. Travis
Chris has experience in the Construction industry spanning four decades and has been State Licensed since 1981. He started in single family home construction and remained with Arthur Rutenberg Homes for 10 years.
Other homebuilding experiences included Project Management with WCI Homes and Vice President of Construction for K. Hovnanian Homes overseeing more than 600 home sites including single family, attached town-homes and mid-rise condominiums.
In the seven years Chris worked with Gables Residential, Chris helped develop and built class A multi-family residential and garden style apartment projects that were owned by well renowned clients such as JP Morgan and private local investors. The projects were completed in a timely manner and under budget.
In addition, Chris was responsible for the renovation of over 1000 apartments, which included garden style and town homes that were wholly owned or part of Gable's fee portfolio.
Marc Hyman
Marc is the field operations expert, whose experience includes 25 years of managing the construction and development of products ranging from single family homes and town homes to multi family luxury apartments. He worked with Kennedy Homes and Pulte Homes in Chicago and Florida. Marc honed his management skills as a liaison between Subcontractors, Municipalities and Owners. Since 1998 Marc has actively managed the construction process from Site Development through turnover and final certification for numerous projects for Gables Residential.
Ann G. Henderson
Ann has 30 years experience in the real estate industry incorporating various roles in management and operations of apartments, condominiums, sales, development and construction projects. She joined Trammell Crow Residential Services in 1986 and served as Regional Manager, Vice President and Partner prior to the Gables Ltd. Realty purchase of the South Florida division of TCRS. During her tenure at Gables Residential Services, Ann was responsible for the overall operations of 19,000 of the 25,000 fee units under management at Gables Residential Services. Ann graduated from the University of Georgia in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Michael Oliveri
Mike is a CPA and has an MBA with a real estate finance emphasis from Florida Atlantic University. Mike directed fee accounting which included sales, acquisitions and financing for third party clients and joint venture partners for various institutional and non-institutional clients and partners for Trammell Crow Residential Services as well as Gables Residential Services. Prior to Gables Residential Services, Mike was an auditor with KPMG focusing in financial services, health care and real estate. Mike is a member of both the American and Florida Institutes of CPA's (AICPA and FICPA) and is a licensed mortgage broker.
William C. Wilks
William (Billy) was responsible for fee assets in Central and West Florida for Gables Residential Services. His real estate career also included the position of Vice President of Operations for Sunterra Resorts and was responsible for fee management operations with Trammell Crow Residential Services for 10 years. Billy currently holds a Florida Real Estate License.
